We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and passionate Class A Driver who is excited to be part of a dynamic horticulture business. This full-time role includes driving, assisting with outdoor construction projects, and contributing to our team’s seasonal shipping operations.

About the Role

  • Full-Time: March through October as a primary driver, with additional off-season responsibilities
  • Construction Support: Work on various projects throughout the year, both on- and off-site
  • Order Fulfillment: Help pull orders, load trucks, and prepare shipments for delivery
  • Seasonal Hours: Extended workdays are expected during the spring busy season
  • Peak Season Policy: No time off permitted during April, May, or June

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Clean driving record and Air Brake Endorsement required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long, physical days in all weather
  • Positive, team-first attitude with a passion for learning and growing
  • Ability to stay until the job is complete—reliability is a must during peak times
  • Willingness to contribute to various projects and tasks as needed by management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm, focused mindset under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Bonus

  • $45,000 to $54,000 annual salary (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Performance bonus: 5–10% of total annual earnings
  • Annual raises based on performance and company success

Time Off

  • 40 hours paid personal time after 3 months
  • Paid holiday week (Christmas through New Year’s)
  • All major holidays off and paid
  • Note: Overtime hours are mandatory during peak spring season and paid as straight time due to agricultural exemption
