Preston Cox Started and has managed Perennial Favorites since 1992.  He has always had a love of plants through working for his uncle’s nurseries in his youth.  Preston has served as President in the Utah Nursery and Landscape Association and on the Political Action and Public Policies Comity.  He also serves his community by acting as a past Layton City Planning Commissioner Charmin for 9 years and is currently on the Envision Layton Committee.  Preston has always loved growing plants and working with his family which is why he started this family business.
