He earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Sales and Marketing with honors from Weber State University in 2010, building on a childhood spent gaining practical horticultural experience in his family’s greenhouses. With more than two decades in the industry, Ken pairs deep plant knowledge with a disciplined, data-driven management style. His professional focus centers on strategic sales, key-account stewardship, and continuous process improvement. By integrating technology, clear metrics, and structured employee development, he aligns operational efficiency with high standards of customer service. Ken’s work is guided by a commitment to sustainable, region-appropriate horticulture, particularly native and water-wise perennials. Outside the nursery he remains connected to the landscape he serves, spending personal time fishing and backpacking in the Uinta Mountains, boating on Lake Powell, and exploring Utah’s desert terrain with his wife and three children.
